About Me...

I have 3 grown kids and 2 sweet little grandkids and 2 crazy dogs that make life a living wonderland! Oh, and a hubby of 29 years that still makes me smile. (can't leave him out). I love to travel to all points in the USA, especially off the beaten path. I love America and support our soldiers and am concerned about our economy. I am on a special mission to find products that are made in America and I do write a blog about USA made products.

I am your ordinary blue collar mom and family and never gave a thought to my future other than a 401K plan at work. Speaking of work, I worked in a nursing home, 40 hours a week and a paycheck that never went up, basically stayed the same until once a year I got a small raise to get us through the next year. Hmmm, something bothered me about that and I knew deep down I wanted more.

Working in a nursing home was the ultimate clincher for me to change my lifestyle. I saw elders whose health prevented them from living a productive life. I saw sadness and unhappiness and I knew right then that I never wanted to be in their place. If only these same elders had the internet and had known about network marketing their lives may have been different.

This is why I am so motivated. I don't plan on living my life out in my end days in a nursing home. I am setting myself up so that I have the financial freedom to chose my own course for my family and I. Even if or when my health goes, I can still chose to live in my own home and hire nursing staff to take care of me because of the choices that I am making today. I didn't pay all these years on a mortgage to have to give it up to move to an institution. As a Baby Boomer, I had to take a serious look at my future.
The financial independence, the freedom to chose are my motivators.

Interests....

I love to ride motorcycle and the freedom to go on long rides and see our great Country is an awesome feeling. I love spending time with my grand daughters and having my family around me. I love quiet moments and I love noisey chaotic times. I just love life and am so very fortunate to be able to live it. I love to read, especially motivational books and I love to read funny sayings and quotes that inspire me.

I'm sorry I didn't respond sooner than today. We just got our power restored which went out Saturday when we got hit by hurricane Ike which actually was downgraded to tropical storm Ike by the time it got us. It was super scary winds for sure!

I'm now making the rounds and checking my emails since I got back online this morning. Has the call center contacted you yet about the sample? I hope so. This new call center we have is so awesome! When I wasn't able to be online, my business was still handled lol!

All I can say at least for myself, is that the weight loss product has worked well for me!
